Will your art boutique and workshop space in Valois Village be re-opening?

  • No, our physical storefront will not be re-opening as originally planned.  We have made the decision to move into a smaller studio space within the same location (#21 Av. Baie-de-la-Valois).  Studio hours are by appointment only.  

Will Artist Generations still be selling original artwork?

  • Absolutely!  

Will Artist Generations still be selling wearable art and unique gifts?

  • Yes! We will continue to sell our wearable art, prints, accessories and home décor online over the coming months, while quantities last.  We will also be offering special sales and clearance pricing through to the end of June 2026 as a thank-you and farewell to our storefront chapter.

Will Artist Generations still be selling gift cards?

  • We will no longer be selling new gift cards.  Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.  All previously issued gift cards remain valid and can be redeemed online for artwork or wearable art merchandise while inventory lasts.

Will You Still Be Offering Art Workshops & Courses?

  • Yes!  Once we are settled into our smaller studio space, we look forward to offering more intimate, hands-on art workshops and experiences.  More details will be shared soon! 
  • Workshops, creative sessions and other events are posted on our website, on FB/IG and published in our newsletters.  Be sure to follow us & sign up to be the first to know!

Do You Offer Private Paint Parties For Kids and/or Adults?

What Is Your Return/Refund Policy?

  • Our existing return / refund policy remains unchanged.

What Are Your Opening Hours & Where Are You Located Now?

  • Our new studio is located on the ground floor of the Valois Bay Building in Valois Village, Pointe-Claire.  We are on the corner of Valois Bay Avenue and Donegani Avenue.  We have 1 main entrance: 21 Avenue Valois Bay (Studio Boutique 'L'Annexe d'Art).
  • Visiting hours at our studio are by open by appointment only.  Sales, creative sessions and other events are posted online and published in our newsletters, be sure to sign up!

Is There Parking?

  • Yes!  Free onsite and street parking is available.  We are also walking distance from the Valois train station and 202, 203 and 204 bus stops.

Is Your Location Wheelchair Accessible?

  • We are located on the ground floor with a door that is accessible via a staircase with handrails.  One has three steps and the other has four steps.  
  • A portable aluminum ramp is also available, just ring for service!  The ramp measures 48"L x 29.1"W x 2"T and has a weight capacity of 600 lbs.  The percentage gradient / steepness of the ramp is roughly 50%.
  • Interior access is all on one level with no staircases.  There is one unisex toilet that is wheelchair accessible.

Do You Accept Submissions From Other Artists?

  • We do not accept fine art submissions as we are a 'working art studio', not an art gallery.  We encourage other artists to send their work to art galleries in the area who have an established consignment & representation program.
