Production & Shipping
Thank you for your continued support. As an artist-owned small business we are deeply grateful to our customers who have continued to shop with us during these uncertain times. Because of additional precautions that are now in place there will unfortunately be some delays in when your order gets shipped. Right now you will likely experience a delay of an additional 1-2 weeks from when you placed your order. We thank you for your continued support and patience during these times and look forward to brighter days ahead!
Please also note that Canada Post is currently experiencing delivery delays with all service levels. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days after your expected delivery date to receive your package.
We work all the time but only ship from Monday to Friday excluding Canadian holidays. All production and shipping times are in business days and do not include days that we are closed.
Most of our items generally take 2-10 business days to produce and ship. We are located in Canada but ship from both Canada and the USA. We ship within Canada with Canada Post (Expedited service). We handle all importing so most orders shipping to Canada and the USA will never encounter duties or customs fees providing they are below $800.00. For orders over $800.00 shipping in the USA there may be customs fees which are also subject to the shipping method. We ship orders valued under 800$ via USPS and orders valued over $800 are shipped by DHL.
International orders generally take 10-15 business days but may be delayed & subject to customs fees or duties by your country. If applicable, these will be assessed upon delivery. Unfortunately we do not cover these fees so please contact us directly if you have concerns regarding your order. International orders will not have a tracking number since they are untraceable once they leave Canada & the USA. *While we do ship worldwide there are some countries that we cannot ship to. For destination restrictions please refer to the USPS and Canada Post web sites directly.
Since we ship from multiple locations, we have multiple return shipping addresses. The return address for USA and International orders is a PO box in Champlain NY and the return address for Canadian orders is our studio in Montreal. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we will accept exchanges within 30 days from the date of shipment. Please be sure to consult our exchange policy or contact us prior to purchase we will be happy to assist you.
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the courier and / or postal service. We are not liable for any errors made by these services, but we are always happy to do everything in our power to work with you and the postal system to correct orders. Once you have received your parcel, please open it with care. We cannot be liable for any items damaged during the opening of your parcel.
Shipping rates and taxes are calculated at checkout time based on your address and order value. All rates include packaging costs. We offer FREE SHIPPING to US, Canadian & International addresses on any order of $100 or more of merchandise (excludes gift cards, shipping, taxes and duties). Minimum purchase value applies to each ship-to address.
